How I Got Rid of Skin Rashes That Itch – Eczema Free Forever Review

Hi Pulkit here,

First of all, my apologies for writing after such a long time however I am going to share my personal experience and offer you a great remedy to your skin problems. Hopefully that should cover up for this delay.

If you have been looking for a solution for skin rashes that itch, especially eczema, there is a solution that may be worth taking a look at. I tried it out for myself for the past two months or so and got some pretty good results, so I think that you probably will too.

Here’s my full review of  Eczema Free Foreverthe solution which is called “Eczema Free Forever” by Rachel Anderson, and it is supposed to be a permanent, all natural cure for eczema. Actually, I face this skin problem during weather changes almost every year where my skin becomes dry and starts to peel off and that’s when I happened to stumble upon it one day while I was looking for an alternative, natural way for my eczema problems.

I have been suffering from eczema for many years now and honestly, I had gotten to the point that I was going to accept the fact that I would just have to live with eczema forever. I am sure you feel the same at times especially when no solution seem to relieve of the problem.

But then I decided to try out Rachel Anderson’s Eczema Free Forever eBook as no other solution was working on me. I had no options left having already spent hefty amounts on consultation charges and buying prescription drugs and ointments.

After reading the whole sales page, I was pretty skeptical as you should be whenever you read about a cure or treatment that promises to give you the moon. But since I was already at the end of my rope anyway, I decided to give it a try. I was really sick and tired of dealing with eczema so I was truly hoping that this solution would work for me.

Once I downloaded the solution, I started reading it right away. The very first thing that impressed me about “Eczema Free Forever” was the abundance of information about eczema that it contained.  I thought that I knew everything there was to know about eczema with my year’s of dealing with this problem but I quickly found out that I didn’t. For instance, did you know that there were at least 7 different forms of eczema? Do you know which is the form of eczema you have? If you don’t know what type you have, you will after you finish reading this book.

Although there are many skin rashes that itch, eczema is among the most common form, but if you don’t know how to identify which form you have, you won’t know why you have it or how to get rid of it. I wasn’t even 10 minutes into reading the book and I was already starting to feel like I had hoped because I was beginning to understand my exact situation and why it was happening to me.

There are also plenty of pictures that show you the different eczema types. Rachel really explains all the types in detail and mentions the conditions in which a person is likely to be affected by a particular type.

Now that I understood what was going on with me, I was eager to find out how to fix it. I was amazed to learn that there were certain foods that I was eating that were aggravating my condition. The information that Rachel provided about the different eczema triggers such as allergies, foods, and household chemicals gave me a complete reality check. One of the reasons that I was having such a hard time getting rid of my eczema was because of some things I was unknowingly doing to make it worse.

I started following the solutions that Rachel offered, such as the Apple Detox and a few other things that you will have to read the book to find out about. I was surprised to know that a simple fruit like Apple can help in detoxifying my body and help fight the effects of eczema.

To my surprise, my eczema started clearing up within days of using some of the methods given in the book! This was the first solution that I had found that didn’t require me to use greasy ointments or sticky creams. On top of that, these solutions were working to improve my overall health as well.

Moreover, I had also found some great content in the form of Bonuses that influenced me in changing my diet and in turn improve my skin.

One of the bonus ‘Superfoods for Optimum Health: Chlorella and Spirulina’ alone is more than the worth of the entire product in my opinion. I say this because of the information I got from this bonus ebook. For e.g. – Did you know that Chlorella and Spirulina contain twelve times more digestible protein than beef and even more magnesium if compared ounce per ounce. This means that these are superfoods which can be used to improve the metabolism in the body and thus improve the quality of skin.

There are other bonuses that come along with Eczema Free Forever such as:

- The Healing Power of Water
- 177 Ways to BurnCalories
- Supplementing with Superfoods
- The Seven Secrets to a Good Diet
- 43 Nutrition Secrets Revealed
- A Handbook of Health

However, one bad point about all this is that you can get overwhelmed with all the information you get in the eBook along with all the bonuses. But, if you focus on one eBook at a time starting with the main eBook first you should be alright. :)

Rachel’s book turned out well for me. It has been over two months now and so far so good, no rashes that itch, and no eczema. I have also learned how to eat in an even healthier manner so my health has improved further. Will Rachel’s solution work for everybody? That is one thing that I don’t know. I can’t guarantee that you will get the same results as mine.

What I can say though is this, if you are looking for a true all natural solution for your eczema or any other skin rashes that itch, then Rachel’s solution “Eczema Free Forever” is definitely something that you need to take a look at. If you take the advice and use the solutions that she gives you in her book, I believe that you will be able to get your eczema situation under control just like I did.

Right now Rachel is offering a 60 day money back guarantee on her solution.

Itchy Skin Treatment

Pruritus, the medical name for the itchy skin, can be treated with ease if its cause is known. It can be due to many factors which include allergy or skin inflammation due to a particular type of drug consumed, allergy due to a type of food consumed, improper functioning of liver or kidney, dry skin due to aging, fleas present in air which can react with the skin and/or due to the contagious effect of itchy skin from self or others.

Besides these reasons, itching all over the skin can occur due to the soaps used in washing. The detergent used for washing clothes, if strong, can be left sticking on the clothes and can react with the skin. Also the soap that we use to bathe can also be a factor to this skin disease. Even the type of clothes that we wear especially the ones made from pure wool can be the cause.

Internal disease such as thyroid (lack or access of iodine), anemia (lack of iron), leukemia (cancer of blood cells), lymphoma (cancer of cells of immune system) or any other type cancer can also result in this itchy condition.

Treating this skin condition involves taking care of the causes. In cases where people get this condition due to a disease need to get treated for the disease in order to cure the itching. Medications for the treatment involve oral intake and also the application of creams and ointments over the affected area.

However, at times we do consult doctors for the treatment but the itching can take place at any time and which is when we require something for instant relief. I will be discussing some ways that should give immediate relief from the problem.

  1. Having a simple water bath with some antiseptic liquid mixed in it can get rid of the bacteria that may be causing it. This can give some respite from the aggravation.
  2. Application of tea tree oil, onion juice or aloe vera can help
  3. Flexseed oil containing vitamin E can be applied to rehydrate the skin.
  4. Olive oil can also be applied as well as consumed as it can be a very useful for most skin problems.
  5. Using mild soaps can help. I personally use liquid soaps that have aloe vera in it which is a very good and natural antiseptic for the body.
  6. Sometimes a common ingredient such as baking soda can be used in the bathing water to get instant relief from itchy skin.
  7. Itchy skin treatment can also involve bathing with the water that has oatmeal soaked in it.

Foods to Avoid in Itchy Rash

Hi there,

Eczema or flaring up of the skin in most cases are due to an allergy that breaks out in the body. This fact is even highlighted by Dr. Dahlam in the video in the post below.
Click on the link that follows to view that post. A Doctor explaining the causes of Eczema – Itchy Skin Rash.

This is an allergy which is caused because the body reacts with something which is unknown to it. And most of the time it is due to the food that we eat. So in this post I will talk about the food which should be avoided by the patients suffering from this skin disease.

Again, by avoiding the food items mentioned below, no one can guarantee that you can get rid of dry itchy skin. This is something you need to observe over a period of time and test which food items break allergy in your body. You can make a daily chart of the food items that you consume and note when the allergy breaks. This should help you in determining the various food items which need to the excluded from your diet.

However, there are some standard food items that have been found to cause skin allergies to people.

But before I mention these foods, I know you want to know one more thing.

Why would your body react to the food that you eat? I mean it’s healthy and nutritious food that you consume and no road side food that contains any virus or germs.

Quite often, this reaction is caused due to the non-recognition of the food item by the immune system of the body or the body believes that the food is harmful to it. When this happens, the body releases antibodies which act against that food item. And this causes the break out of an allergy.

So without any further delay….

Which food items could really cause an allergy to your body?

1. Nuts which include almonds, cashews, walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts etc.
2. Eggs and all food items containing eggs
3. Dairy products which include milk, cheese, creams, yogurt

Note: Some people may be lactose intolerant which is different than being allergic. All it means is the inability to digest the lactose present in the dairy products and it may also include whey proteins.

These are the most common food items that can cause allergic reactions leading to rashes on your body that have the itching effect. However, there could be some food items such as wheat products, processed foods and canned foods which may cause skin rashes that itch.

A Doctor explaining the causes of Eczema – Itchy Skin Rash

Hey there, just wanted to quickly share with you a video I found on youtube.

Its a video by Dr Dahlman sharing the causes of eczema. He really goes in depth while explaining the about the condition and its causes. His reasons resonate with the explanation I gave on my first post on ‘The causes of the eczema‘.

Watch the video and I hope this will help in growing your awareness towards dryness and itching of the skin all over or eczema.

Instant Relief from Dry Itchy Skin!

Sometimes the skin suddenly flares-up and it feels very irritating. You wish you could have a magic wand that could get rid of the eczema immediately and get you instant relief from the itchy skin rashes. Well, there are a few home remedies that could give you that instant relief from the dry itchy skin.

Some of the home remedies to the dry itchy skin are mentioned below:

  • A quick way to get instant relief is by moistening the skin. Moist skin is less likely to itch. An application of neutral, good quality moisturizer over the moist skin would make you feel much better.
What I do personally is: I moist the area which is affected, I apply some mild moisturizer to the area and I sit near a fan. This gives a cooling effect to the area and you instantly feel good.
  • Coconut and Jojoba oil can also be applied to the affected part of the skin. This makes the skin feel softer, moistened and itch free. Jojoba oil can also enhance the skin immunity and help fight the inflammation of the skin.
  • Milk bath also helps in restoring the moisture of the skin. Milk helps in hydrating the skin and nourishes it and makes it glow naturally.

Having mentioned the above points, it is also worth mentioning that the level of relief you get from these remedies depends on the intensity of skin problem you are facing. But one thing is for sure. These remedies do work and can certainly make you feel like you really have a magic wand against dry itchy skin. :)

Eczema skin rash – Do moisturizers and ointments cure it completely?

As you know by now that eczema is a condition of the skin due to a weak immune system in most cases. Allergic reaction of the body to the viruses outside causes the itchy skin all over. It gives you sleepless nights especially in summers when the skin is exposed. Children who suffer from this problem and have red itchy skin often complain about their peers making fun of them because of their allergy. In these cases we rush to the nearest dermatologists and ask them for a solution to the problem. And in return we get a few creams, moisturizers and ointments that need to be applied to that part of the skin which is affected.

However, do these moisturizers, creams or oinments really make the difference to the problem?

Yes they definitely do! But this relief is short lived. You soon realize that the problem re-appears again, skin starts to flare up and becomes red and itchy and it is sometimes worst than before. So why did it happen again? We went to the best dermatologist…it should have cured the problem for good!

The answer to this question is simple. Eczema can be cured for good, but not with external applications of moisturizers, creams and ointments. These are only good in providing oil to the epidermis of the skin (which when breaks open, forces the skin to release the oil and moisture and make it dry and itchy).

You see, most of the ointments that are prescribed for curing eczema are applied externally on the skin. These in no way enhance the immune system (which is mostly the main reason why you got eczema in the first place) in fighting the allergy. The ointments can only at times modulate or change the immune system in some way so as to stop the skin from reacting to the viruses that are causing eczema.

The solution to this problem is change! I am not asking you to change the doctor or your ointments or moisturizers. But the change has to be the diet..the food you take which might be causing this allergy. (More on it in the later posts)

It is therefore clear that the permanent cure for eczema, itchy skin rashes should include something that helps the natural defense system of the skin from within.

The secret to curing this problem is to focus on the cause of it rather than the symptoms; which unfortunately are what the creams and ointments don’t do and thus the affected person is not cured of the allergy permanently.

Skin Rashes That Itch – Why it occurs?

Itchy skin rash can occur to anyone, any age, living in any type of weather conditions but it is more frequent in children in the age group of 6-12 years and even in people who live in dry places. There could be many reasons to eczema such as lower immune system strength, improper digestion, or improper functioning of the body.

Itching and Rashes due to lower immune system: We all know that our immune system fights the viruses that enter our body through mouth (while eating), nose (while breathing) or skin. Skin in particular acts as a physical block to the thousands of bugs which are in the atmosphere and are foreign to our body. If the immune system is weak, the tendency of the body to fight against these viruses is reduced tremendously. In such a case a skin allergy or infection can occur as our skin is the most exposed part to these viruses in the atmosphere. Itchy rashes with red marks are common indications of this form of skin allergies.

Itching and Rashes due to improper digestion: Whenever we eat food, its digestion starts the moment it enters our mouth. This digestion process is a long one and takes around 2-3 hours in humans and the food travels through stomach, small and large intestines during the process. The main component in the process is hydrochloric acid which helps to kill a few outsider microorganisms and also in breaking down the food into its nutrients in small intestines. Sometimes the pH value of the acid can increase and can lead to ulcers in the stomach and intestines. This could lead to indigestion and if it continues for sometime then it can surface on the skin leading to skin rashes all over the body.

Itching and Rashes due to improper functioning of the body: Another reason for the skin rashes that itch is low circulation of blood in the body. This can occur due to a weak heart or lower functioning of the thyroid gland. When the circulation of the blood is lower in pressure, the nutrient and oxygen supply to all parts of the body is less blood is the sole mode of transportation for these nutrients within the body. When lesser amounts of vitamins like vitamin A, B, C, E reach the skin all over the body, the skin will turn dry and over a period of time it turns red and can cause blisters in some cases.

Apart from these three main reasons, dryness can also be caused by the soap you use. It is recommended that soaps with Aloe Vera extracts or glycerin are used.

Eczema in infants and children can also be caused due to excessive exposure to urines and feces. The bacteria and ammonia present in the excretion can cause rough skin or at time blisters.
